Because people matter to God, the mission of Cross Pointe Christian Church is to bring spiritual seekers into full maturity in Jesus Christ.

We want to fulfill the call of Christ found in Acts 1:8 - “You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem (Local), Judea and Samaria (National), and to the ends of the earth (Global).” (NIV) This includes both a financial involvement in ministry outside of Cross Pointe as well as a “hands on” commitment.

Our vision of involvement in outside ministries is to minister through focused and clearly defined local, national, and global outreach by encouraging all the people of Cross Pointe to be partners in these ministries. We do this through faithful prayer, focused projects, ongoing service, short and long term trips, and true sacrificial giving of time, talents, and treasures.

Our vision for financial support of missions is to increase our percentage of missions giving each year until we eventually become a “51/49” church - a church where over half of the money given in offerings is then given to God’s work in other ministries. To do that, we’ll need people to prayerfully consider increasing their giving and maybe even one day becoming 51/49 Christians.
